Our operating hours are from 9am to 9pm. A deposit of $100 is required upon submission of your online booking. All payments for your selected therapies will be processed by your chosen clinic. It is important to note that therapies selected online may be adjusted after consultation with your chosen clinic. We kindly advise that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for a full deposit refund, excluding holiday special event weekends unless approved by management, at our United States locations. Please note that rescheduling can only occur within 24 hours of the original appointment.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made up to 12 hours before the appointment time will not incur a concierge fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time or ‘No Shows’ will incur the concierge fee of $100.00 (on-strip) and $200.00 (off-strip_ and will be charged to the credit card provided at the time scheduling.
